Slumdog Millionaire Sweeps Golden Globes.
It was the last award of the evening and perhaps the most thrilling win. Danny Boyle’s SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE pulled off a sweep at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards winning all four categories it was nominated in. The film won Best Screenplay for Simon Beaufoy, Best Score for A.R. Rahman, and Best Director for Danny Boyle.

Tom Cruise presented the final award of the night for Best Picture - Drama which the film also won. Cast members Anil Kapoor, Dev Patel, and Freida Pinto were also present during the awards show which was seen live in dozens of countries around the world. Pinto even presented a clip from SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE on stage with Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan. Truly a remarkable win and a good look into the future for an amazing film.
