It seems that every so often we get an update that Orson Welles' unseen movie The Other Side Of The Wind is close to being finished, and may finally be ready to screen.

This time, though, it seems like they're serious, as the Observer is reporting that many of the co-owners of the film (including Oja Kodar, Welles' long-time companion) have sold their interests in the film. This was really the last obstacle to the film's completion - of all of Welles' unfinished projects, The Other Side of the Wind was among the most complete, with principal photography finished and notes entrusted to filmmaker Peter Bogdanovich for its completion. Having seen some of the raw footage of the film, this blogger can't wait.
